Here are some suggested areas to cover for each day:
Friday, April 24th : Your own area of the neighborhood!
Saturday, April 25th: Leeder Hill Rd. and Waite St. area, as well as Mather and Treadwell, especially closer to Dixwell Ave.
Sunday, April 26th: Whitneyville commercial area and Putnam Ave. Also the Girl Scouts are going to clean up DeNicola park on this day! WCA thanks the Girl Scouts!
We have received permission to throw our garbage bags in the dumpster behind BOE (there are two, one for recyclables and one for garbage and please no hazardous waste!) or you can take your bags home and dispose in your own bin.

Photo Contest!
We will have a photo contest with winners randomly selected from the photos submitted after the event for local business gift cards. All neighbors and event participants are eligible to submit entries. (More details closer to the event.)
SGCA Online Membership: Quick & Easy!
The link below leads to the membership registration form and then the online payment options (paypal or venmo). Those wishing to pay via check can also mail payment to our PO Box, which is provided after submitting the online registration form.
For existing members, annual renewals can also be completed online using the same system.
Individual membership: $10/year
Family membership: $15/year
Business or professional office membership: $20/year
Landlord membership: $20/year
Non-resident / Non-member donations and contributions also accepted.

A civic association provides an important voice for sharing ideas, building community, representing the neighborhood with town government, supporting local efforts, and promoting neighborhood vibrancy.
We will keep you up-to-date on community activities and SGCA neighborhood meetings through our website, social media channels, and occasional membership emails/newsletters.
